Is it possible to have property with full ownership?
According to the laws of Thailand, the house, townhouse, villa apartment will be issued in full ownership of a foreigner (freehold).
Non-residents have 2 ways of registering their rights to the land:
Leasehold (Lize Hold) – long-term lease for 30 years, with the right of extension 30 + 30 (Protected by the Crown *)
Freehold (Free-Hold) – registration in the property through the opening of a Thai company, in which a foreigner will be the founder and director. (Also protected by the Crown *)
Does the property have any differences?
The basis in Thailand is taken – Anglo-Saxon law

Will I have visa benefits?
Yes of course ! There are certain types of visas that can be obtained when buying a property, namely:
Business or work visa (visa B): if you acquire a property as a legal entity in Thailand then you can get a business visa easily. Close relatives (wife / husband, children) may be in the country as well having a permanent visa in the passport.
Investor visa, which allows you to do business in the kingdom and get a residence permit and you have the opportunity to get – Elite visa
